CIP Software (CIPS) is an integrated solution for financial and project management of capital projects.

CIPS includes the following modules:

Integrated Financial and Project Management
Project Module: This modules has information on project, manager, milestones, status etc. 
Budget Module: This modules has information on project budget (excluding labor budget) and project labor budget.
Fund Module: Keeps track of various types of funds. The user is able to define the various types of funds in the system.
Cash-Flow Module: This modules has  information on projected and estimated cash flows, issuances, interest allocations, cash adjustment etc.
Billing and Accounts Receivable Module: Keeps track of billing and information related to account receivables including payment schedule and payments received from grants, developer contribution, inter-local dollars etc.
Contract Module: This module manages estimation, bidding, evaluation, award and contract management of all contracts
Invoice Module: The Invoice module keeps track of invoices from and payments to vendors.
Administration Cost Module: This module maintains information on overhead and other indirect costs required for capital improvement projects such as salaries, bond issuance costs, printing and copying services, attorney, office services, etc.
Master File Maintenance Module: This module maintains primary information on key elements of the system. Access to each of these key elements can be configured for different types of users.
Web-interface
CIPS has web-interfaces for Consultants, Contractors and the Public.
  • Consultants can create engineers estimates, submit invoice and project plans.
  • Contractors can submit bids, invoices, change orders and project plans.
  • Public can have access to CIP Information.
Document Routing
CIPS has built-in document routing capabilities for documents submitted consultants and contractor.
Integrated Microsoft Project
CIPS has interface to Microsoft Project. CIPS users including Consultants and Contractors can prepare  and submit project plans using Microsoft Project.
